Hamdy Abdelwahab, an undefeated UFC heavyweight, has been suspended again after testing positive for a banned substance.

This is his second suspension in a row, causing him to miss two and a half years of his career.

Abdelwahab (3-0) made a strong debut at UFC 277 in July 2022, winning against Don'Tale Mayes. However, his win was later overturned.

Fans were initially excited about his addition to the heavyweight division. His first suspension was for two years, ending on July 30.

However, he received a new six-month suspension, doubled from three months due to his previous violation.

The UFC stated that Abdelwahab submitted a supplement that wasn't third-party tested and certified, which is against their rules.

Abdelwahab has not commented on the suspension.
