Bolt, who is often called the greatest sprinter of all time, posted two photos from his victories at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He captioned them "1 of 1," hinting that he believes no one, including Lyles, can match his achievements.

Bolt became a global sensation 16 years ago in Beijing when he won the 100m race in 9.69 seconds, setting a world record. He even slowed down at the end to celebrate, but experts think he could have run even faster. Four years later, in London, he defended his title, winning in 9.62 seconds. He famously declared, "I'm now a legend. I'm also the greatest athlete to live."

In his final Olympics in 2016, Bolt won again with a time of 9.81 seconds, leaving a mark that many think is unbeatable. On each occasion, he also won the 200m, completing a "sprint double" that Lyles hoped to replicate.

Like Bolt, Lyles is known for his confidence and showmanship. He has often called himself the "fastest man in the world" and enjoys entertaining fans. After winning the 100m, he was a strong favorite to win the 200m as well, hoping to achieve the same double victory as Bolt.

However, Lyles finished third in the 200m and later revealed that he had tested positive for COVID-19. This forced him to withdraw from the 4x100 relay, ending his Olympic run on a disappointing note.

Bolt's post was a reminder of his unmatched legacy in the sport and a subtle challenge to the next generation of sprinters, including Lyles.
