Alexander Volkanovski Fires Up Perth Crowd Ahead Of UFC 284 Title Fight

Alexander Volkanovski, the reigning featherweight champion, aims to make history in Perth by challenging lightweight champion Islam Makhachev for a second title on Saturday at UFC 284.

At the ceremonial weigh-ins, Volkanovski fired up the Australian audience by confidently declaring that he is "coming for f****** everything."

Meanwhile, Makhachev warned the crowd that they may not be happy with the results of the fight, but thanked them nonetheless.

In the co-headliners, Yair Rodriguez and Josh Emmett, both fighters expressed positivity and excitement for their first UFC championship opportunity.

The early prelims will air on ESPN+ at 6 p.m. ET, with another set of prelims at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN and ESPN+, followed by the main card exclusively on ESPN+ pay-per-view at 10 p.m.
