Dana White Outraged By Illegal Headbutt Ruling At UFC Vegas 68, Pays Choi Win Money

Dana White, CEO of Power Slap, was not pleased with the illegal headbutt ruling during the UFC Vegas 68 event at the UFC APEX.

He spoke to reporters after the fight and discussed the majority draw between Choi Doo-ho and Kyle Nelson.

The bout was a thrilling one, with both fighters landing heavy hits, but in the third round, Choi was judged to have landed an illegal headbutt, leading to a one point deduction.

White called the point deduction "insane" and a "robbery."

He even went so far as to pay Choi his win money, as he believed Choi won the fight.

This is not the first time White has taken matters into his own hands, as the UFC often follows his direction.

However, this has led to inconsistency in how fighters are treated based on their performance or conduct.

White also took personal responsibility for slapping his wife last month, stating that the only appropriate punishment was to live with the reputation of someone who committed domestic violence.
