Devin Booker will make his return to the Phoenix Suns' lineup on Tuesday night as they face the Brooklyn Nets.

He has been out for five weeks with a strained left groin.

The Suns have struggled without him, dropping from Western Conference frontrunners in December to currently sitting at fifth place, 3.5 games above the 13th-place Lakers.

However, Booker was a strong MVP candidate prior to his injury, with a career-high 27.1 points per game average and improved efficiency and assists.

With the aging Chris Paul and loss of Jae Crowder, Booker has had to step up to keep the Suns in the playoff race.

With his return and a healthy roster, the Suns could become a formidable team in the Western Conference.
