During a recent appearance on Comedy Central's "The Daily Show," Giannis Antetokounmpo took a playful jab at Kevin Durant for consistently joining super teams throughout his NBA career.

Since Durant joined the Golden State Warriors in 2016, he has been criticized for joining multiple super teams in his quest for an NBA championship.

Antetokounmpo joked, "KD, you keep joining these super teams to win an NBA title. How about we work out together sometime so I can teach you how to carry your own team."

Despite the joke, Antetokounmpo also gave Durant praise, calling him "one of the best scoring players to ever play this game."

He expressed his respect for Durant's leadership and game, and even revealed that Durant was his favorite player growing up.

Durant recently made headlines after being traded to the Phoenix Suns, joining a roster that includes Devin Booker, Chris Paul, and Deandre Ayton.

This move comes after the Brooklyn Nets traded Kyrie Irving to the Dallas Mavericks, and Durant only won one playoff series during his time with the Nets.

Prior to joining the Nets, Durant spent three seasons with the Golden State Warriors and won two NBA titles, earning NBA Finals MVP honors in 2017 and 2018.

Durant's history of joining super teams has made him an easy target for jokes and criticism throughout his career.
