Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe faces an uncertain future as rumors swirl around his potential transfer to Real Madrid.

The French superstar, who is currently under contract with PSG until June 2024, has been omitted from the club's pre-season tour squad after indicating that he won't extend his contract.

PSG seems convinced that Mbappe has already agreed to join Real Madrid when his current deal expires next summer and has listed him for sale to recoup a significant fee.

Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez, appears calm amid the speculation surrounding the potential blockbuster transfer. However, the pressure is on the Los Blancos to make a move as they have failed with previous attempts to sign the 24-year-old forward.

In the past, Mbappe has expressed admiration for Real Madrid and appreciated the club's efforts to bring him to the Spanish capital. Despite PSG's willingness to sell Mbappe, they won't let him leave on a free transfer, given his status as one of the world's best players.

PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has made it clear that if Mbappe wants to stay, he needs to sign a new contract. The Ligue 1 champions are determined not to lose their prized asset without receiving a substantial transfer fee.

Given Mbappe's reputation and talent, PSG is expected to demand an astronomical sum for his transfer, even though he is in the final year of his contract.
