Bryce James, the younger offspring of basketball legend LeBron James, recently revealed his decision to switch schools through his social media profiles.

The move involves his enrollment at Notre Dame High School situated in Sherman Oaks, California. His educational journey had initially commenced at Sierra Canyon High School, where his elder sibling Bronny had a four-year stint.

Surprisingly, James had previously declared his intention to join Campbell Hall in Studio City, California, even participating in a tournament alongside his new team in Arizona. Nonetheless, he has ultimately chosen to prolong his scholastic venture at Notre Dame.

In a report by Eric Sondheimer of the Los Angeles Times in late July, it was disclosed that James had expressed interest in attending Notre Dame. The team's head coach, Matt Sargeant, confirmed that James had his inaugural practice session with the squad on a Wednesday.

At his new school, James is set to collaborate with emerging talents like Jayden Harper, a three-star recruit, and Mercy Miller, a four-star recruit, who is the progeny of rapper Master P. As indicated by a representative from Campbell Hall, James officially withdrew from the institution, as stated by Tarek Fattal.

Interestingly, the process of Bryce's transfer to Notre Dame was inadvertently delayed due to a
cardiac arrest incident involving his brother Bronny at USC on July 24. This incident has seemingly affected the meticulously planned transfer that had been underway for several weeks.

In terms of his athletic potential, 247Sports has designated James as a three-star recruit in the class of 2025. This move to Notre Dame High School marks another significant chapter in Bryce James' educational and athletic journey.
