After another playoff defeat on Sunday, Buffalo Bills fans expressed their frustration by pelting Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes with snowballs in a chilling post-game spectacle at Highmark Stadium.

Despite the icy reception, Mahomes maintained his composure, leading the Chiefs to a 27-24 victory in a thrilling game.

As Mahomes attempted to engage with Chiefs supporters in the stands, he found himself dodging an onslaught of snowballs.

Undeterred, the star quarterback grinned as he led his team to a sixth AFC championship game in as many seasons.

The snowy barrage wasn't reserved for Mahomes alone, as linebacker Drue Tranquill also faced a flurry of projectiles.

Tranquill took the opportunity to playfully taunt Bills fans for their snowball-throwing prowess.

The painful loss for the home team was compounded by a missed 44-yard field goal attempt from Tyler Bass, which could have tied the game in the final minutes.

The Chiefs secured their third playoff victory over the Bills in the past four seasons, adding to the frustration of Buffalo fans.

Buffalo, already dealing with heavy snowfall from recent blizzards, witnessed a perfect storm of emotions and opportunities on Sunday, as some fans couldn't resist expressing their discontent with a wintry barrage aimed at Mahomes and the Chiefs. (Source: Yahoo Sports)
