The Milwaukee Bucks are in the final stages of securing a deal with veteran forward Danilo Gallinari.

The experienced player is set to reunite with coach Doc Rivers, a partnership that promises to bring valuable insights and skills to the team.

Reports from The Athletic's Shams Charania and ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski confirm that Gallinari, after considering various teams including the LA Clippers, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Chicago Bulls, has opted for the Milwaukee Bucks.

Gallinari, who began the season with the Washington Wizards, demonstrated his resilience after recovering from a torn left anterior cruciate ligament, playing 26 games before being traded to the Detroit Pistons on Jan. 14.

Unfortunately, his stint with the Pistons was short-lived as he was waived on Feb. 8 after appearing in six games.

The 35-year-old forward, boasting a remarkable 16-year career with seven different teams, brings an average of 15.2 points and 4.7 rebounds per game.

Notably drafted No. 6 overall by the New York Knicks in the 2008 NBA Draft, Gallinari's experience and scoring ability are anticipated to contribute significantly to the Bucks' roster. (SOURCE: NBA)
