Los Angeles Dodgers' ace Shohei Ohtani is set to break his silence on Monday following the dismissal of his longtime interpreter amidst accusations of involvement in illegal gambling activities.

Reports from ESPN unveiled Ohtani's name in a federal investigation surrounding bookmaker Mathew Bowyer during the Dodgers' recent trip to Seoul.

The investigation revealed approximately $4.5 million wired from Ohtani's bank account to a southern California bookmaking operation, sparking concerns within Major League Baseball.

Consequently, MLB has initiated its own probe into the sports gambling allegation involving Ohtani and Mizuhara.
