Cooper Flagg Leads Team USA To Victory Over Team World at Nike Hoop Summit

In a thrilling showdown at the Nike Hoop Summit, Duke commit Cooper Flagg shined as he led Team USA to a 98-75 victory over Team World. 

The event, held at the Moda Center in Portland, attracted over 100 NBA scouts and executives eager to watch the next generation of basketball talent.

The game was intense from the start, with both teams showcasing their skills. Team USA took a narrow lead in the first half, and the game remained close until the fourth quarter. However, Team USA pulled away with a 10-point lead that Team World couldn't overcome.

Flagg was the standout performer for Team USA, finishing with 19 points, 11 rebounds, and two assists. Despite early foul trouble, he came alive in the second half, sinking three-pointers and making impressive plays. Asa Newell also contributed to the team's success with 17 points and 10 rebounds.

On the other side, AJ Dybantsa led Team World with 21 points, showcasing why he's considered one of the top high school players. French point guard Nolan Traore also impressed with 18 points and four assists.
