Deandre Ayton Praises Mikal Bridges' Offensive Skills As Suns Turn Things Around

The Phoenix Suns have faced challenges since Devin Booker's injury, missing 18 straight games and losing 9 out of 11.

However, they have recently won 6 out of 7 games, partly due to Mikal Bridges' expanding offensive skills.

Suns center Deandre Ayton has praised Bridges, saying he's been running half-court sets designed for Booker.

Ayton said that the team has started calling the offensive sets "Mikalbow" as a nod to Bridges.

Although Bridges denies Ayton's claims, he has had to take center stage on offense with the absences of Chris Paul and Cameron Johnson, along with Booker.

Despite a dip in efficiency, this experience will benefit Bridges and the Suns in the long run.

If Bridges continues to run "Mikalbow" effectively, he may give the Suns another player capable of making plays in tough situations.
