Auburn University has taken disciplinary action following the release of a leaked video allegedly featuring star running back Jarquez Hunter, 20, engaging in a sexual act with an unidentified woman.

The videos were circulated on social media through an account called 'Jarquez Exposed,' which has since been suspended.

Auburn University has acknowledged the situation and assured that they are treating it seriously, stating that an undisclosed number of students have been suspended pending further investigation.

The school has issued indefinite suspensions based on violations of the applicable Auburn Athletics department policy.

However, it remains unclear whether Hunter himself is among the suspended students or whether all those suspended are athletes.

Jarquez Hunter, known for his prominent role as a running back, is anticipated to have a significant impact on the Auburn Tigers' 2023 season.

Last season, as a junior, Hunter showcased his abilities by rushing for 675 yards and scoring seven touchdowns.

Previously occupying the second spot on the team's depth chart behind
Tank Bigsby , who was subsequently drafted by the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars, Hunter now has a chance to emerge as the team's primary running back.

Impressively performing during spring training, he is expected to play a crucial role in the Tigers' upcoming campaign, commencing in the fall.
